Returns
We accept returns only on items in new condition, shipped back in the same packaging as received. If your saddle came with a breast collar and back cinch, these must also be returned.

Saddle Return Guidelines
    •    Saddles must be wrapped and packaged properly, especially the horn.
    •    Exchanges for different sizes or gullet widths must be returned after only one ride.

Restocking Fees for Saddles
    •    Returns within 5 days → $200 restocking fee
    •    Returns between 7-10 days → $250 restocking fee
    •    Returns between 10-14 days → $300 restocking fee

Custom Order Cancellations
    •    Standard custom orders (6-7" gullet): $350 restocking fee
    •    Gullets over 7" or seat sizes over 15": Additional $50 fee

Credit Card Fees on Returns
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to all returns. Example:
    •    If a $2,000 saddle is returned within 5 days:
Condition of Returned Items
    •    Saddles with wear or missing parts will not be refunded or replaced.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Returns for Pads & Boots
    •    Pads and boots may be returned within 30 days.
    •    No returns accepted after 30 days.

Refunds
    •    Refunds are processed within 5 days after the return is approved.
    •    Shipping costs and a 4% credit card fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Afterpay Refund Fee Policy
If a customer chooses to pay via Afterpay and is later issued a refund for any reason, please note that the Afterpay transaction fee incurred by our store is non-refundable. As such, any refunds processed will be for the purchase amount minus the Afterpay processing fee.
