Welcome to Josh Andrews Saddles. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Use of Our Website
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this website. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purposes or in a way that may harm our business.
3. Product Information & Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are error-free. All details on stock and custom saddles may vary. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that you are authorized to use the provided payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Returns, Refunds, and Canceled Orders Policy for details on returning items and receiving refunds. Be advised that our saddles are often showcased at vendor events and may have been handled or put on horses to dry fit. While we do our best to clean any stray hairs and minimize dust, some small signs of temporary use may be present. We cannot accept returns for full refund on items that exhibit these signs of "use". Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions on this policy.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before placing an order, any changes will be charged $50 per request. Any modifications made to orders may add up to 4 weeks. Any new/never made pattern or drastic change from a stock saddle may also add up to 4 weeks to build time. Please allow up to 24 weeks for custom orders, as timelines may be affected by things like holidays and weather conditions. While we quote a 6-18 week build time, that is strictly BUILD time. Delivery to us from our manufacturer and to you as a customer can add approximately 4 weeks on some occasions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and designs, is our property and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
