1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, with estimated lead time posted on the product page.

3. Domestic Shipping
We ship across the United States using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

4. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
